I was impressed by the exceptional service from Ibraham, who went above and beyond to assist with luggage and transportation.
The room had missing curtains which allowed too much morning light, impacting our sleep quality.

I was captivated by the authentic charm and unique ambiance of Qiz Galasi, complemented by the exceptional service from the staff.
The designated area for getting taxis was challenging, as drivers often hesitated to approach the hotel directly, requiring some additional effort to arrange transportation.

I was captivated by the authentic charm and unique ambiance of Qiz Galasi. The room was clean with a stunning design that perfectly blended modern comforts and traditional elements. The hotel’s location in the heart of the Old Town was fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions on foot. There were many charming restaurants and captivating sites around. The staff, especially Murad, provided exceptional service and made my stay both enjoyable and comfortable. They were very accommodating when I needed assistance, such as arranging fuel for my airport transfer in a clean, new vehicle. Breakfast, though served at a nearby location, included a wide variety of satisfying options. slight inconveniences arose, like the extra charge for soft drinks and the distance of the breakfast spot, which was surprising. the designated taxi area within the old city could be tricky. Taxis were hesitant to approach the hotel directly.

The hotel feels like a tiny palace! Our room was beautifully decorated, perfect silence for a solid night's sleep—you may want to avoid wrestling matches, though, as the bed stays still. The rooftop views are simply delightful!
Finding the place was a bit like a scavenger hunt—thanks, Google Maps! And if you think you're going to catch a sunset, you might need a time machine instead!

Amazing views and superb staff support
Had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning views of the Flame Towers right from my room. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight, and the staff arranged everything perfectly, even to the point of making my airport transfer seamless. It was also lovely to find a cozy workspace available for my laptop. The only downside was the mattress being a tad firm for my liking, but that's just personal preference.
