・マネージャーを筆頭にスタッフが、とても親切でした。・食事はビュッフェ形式で、見た目は質素だが、味は良かった。・立地はかなり良く、旧市街の真ん中で、近くのホステルよりも静か。・入国から3日が期限の滞在登録が出来ていなかったが、親切なマネージャーのお蔭で無事登録完了。・ロビーにいると、いつも飲み物を持ってくれて、何気ないサービスが心地良かった。

・部屋の設備は、60マナトの割には質素過ぎるような？・朝食の種類と飲み物が少なかった気がしました。・トイレットペーパーやシャンプーなど、アメニティの種類が少し物足りない気がしました。

la différence entre les prestations annoncées pour une suite junior (micro-onde, balcon, vue...) et la réalité l'obligation d'attendre à la porte de l'hôtel qu'on vienne nous ouvrir

Personel mükemmel

Sıcak su ikinci kişide biraz sorun yaratıyor. Isıtıcı ile su ısıtmak biraz ilkel kalmadı mı ?. Sabah erken saatlarde gürültüler olduğu gibi odanızda. Aslında bunlar basit ve çok kolay düzeltilebilecek konulardır. Otelin zeminindeki kapalı havuz hiç işlevsel tasarımlanmamış ve çevre düzeni de iyi değil. En önemlisi de su soğuk.
